This page announces that Bayer Pharma submitted a response to a reporting order from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. Following the discovery of delayed adverse event reports for Xarelto tablets, the ministry ordered the company to investigate all its pharmaceutical products for unreported or delayed cases and report the causes by July 31st. The ministry will carefully review the submission and take strict action accordingly.
