Diniconazole, a triazole fungicide, was detected above the standard limit (0.01 ppm) in three shipments, with levels ranging from 0.05 to 0.09 ppm. All future shipments require full-batch testing. The ministry assessed that health risks are minimal, as consuming 13 kg daily of peas with 0.09 ppm residue would not exceed acceptable daily intake for a 60 kg person.
