This page is a monitoring information service provided by the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan. It delivers up-to-date information about consumer fraud, product accidents, and related troubles affecting elderly people, people with disabilities, children, and young people. Illustrated leaflets are freely available for awareness-raising purposes. Two email newsletters—"Fresh Monitoring Information" and "Child and Youth Support Information"—are offered to keep guardians informed about scams, safety hazards, and related concerns.
