This page is a monitoring information service provided by the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan. It delivers up-to-date information about consumer fraud, product accidents, and related troubles affecting elderly people, people with disabilities, children, and young people. Illustrated leaflets are freely available for awareness-raising purposes. Two email newsletters—"Fresh Monitoring Information" and "Child and Youth Support Information"—are offered to keep guardians informed about scams, safety hazards, and related concerns. Registration is encouraged for regular updates.
