About this page

This page presents a case study of EASY, an electronic decision-making system provided by the Digital Agency. Launched in 2009, EASY is used by approximately 450,000 government employees to electronically process, manage, and preserve administrative documents. The system addressed improvement requests from government staff through user interviews and usability evaluations by human-centered design experts. Key improvements included redesigning screens for document drafting, approval routing, and file management with intuitive interfaces. To ensure continuous usability across organizations with frequent personnel changes, the system provides training environments and design guidelines, while continuously monitoring usage data for ongoing improvements.
