This page announces an administrative disposition issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency against Tsukamoto Suisan Co., Ltd. and P.S Holdings Co., Ltd., telephone solicitation sellers of seafood products. Effective September 29, 2023, both companies are ordered to suspend part of their telephone solicitation sales operations for 21 months until June 28, 2025. Their respective representatives are also prohibited from engaging in such business during the same period. The representative of P.S Holdings had previously received administrative sanctions for similar violations, leading to stricter enforcement action.
