This page announces the Digital Agency's initiative to digitalize inter-company contracts and settlements. The agency is beginning to design an overall architecture roadmap for implementing digitalized and real-time traceable contracts and settlements between companies. Designated as a critical interoperability field in the "Priority Plan for Realizing a Digital Society," the Digital Agency has requested the Information Technology Promotion Agency (IPA) to study this comprehensive framework. IPA's Digital Architecture Design Center will establish a "Contract and Settlement Architecture Review Committee," with the first meeting scheduled for October 13, 2021. The initiative aims to improve business efficiency through electronic invoice adoption and standardized data formats. Long-term goals include enhancing SME productivity through electronic ordering systems and advancing payment settlement systems through public-private collaboration.
