This page announces a recommendation issued by the Japan Fair Trade Commission on September 27, 2019, against LIXIL Viva Corporation for violating the Subcontracting Act. LIXIL Viva unlawfully requested subcontractors to dispatch employees without compensation to perform store shelf arrangement work at 35 home centers.
