It enables residents to complete both administrative and private procedures (utilities, etc.) related to moving in a single online process. Since February 2023, users can submit moving notification forms online through My Number Portal using their My Number Card's digital signature. The original municipality notifies the destination municipality of the transfer certificate information in advance, allowing preparatory work.
