This page describes the Moving Procedures Online Service provided by the Digital Agency. Previously, moving required separate applications to multiple government agencies and private companies, causing procedural oversights and requiring multiple visits. This service enables residents to complete moving procedures online through My Number Portal, including debit notifications, relocation notices, and utility arrangements. Since February 2023, cardholders can submit procedures online at all municipalities, eliminating the need to visit their original municipality. The service streamlines processing for both residents and municipalities. An active electronic certificate on a valid My Number Card is required for usage.
