このページは、日中食品安全推進イニシアチブに基づく実務者レベル協議の概要を報告しています。協議には中国側から国家質量監督検験検疫総局などが、また日本側から厚生労働省や外務省が参加しました。主な内容として、中国側は使用期限切れの鶏肉を使用した企業が製造停止と輸出停止措置をとったことを説明し、対日輸出食品には問題がないと述べました。日本側は調査結果の早期報告を求め、中国国内及び輸出食品の安全確保のための連携と再発防止策の実施を要請しました。
