This page provides information on amateur radio station application procedures by the Tohoku Bureau of Telecommunications, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. From October 1, 2025, license certificates have been digitalized. The page offers downloadable application forms, special formats for light users, and application fees (4,530 yen for initial licensing, 1,700 yen for renewal). It includes requirements for supplementary documents, radio wave protection confirmation documents, and withdrawal request forms. Contact the Amateur Radio Division at the Tohoku Bureau in Sendai for inquiries.
