About this page
This page introduces the Retirement Allowance and Pension Review Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Based on the MIC Establishment Law Article 8-2, the committee deliberates on cases concerning restrictions on retirement allowances for national civil servants and pension-related matters under the Pension Law. The Personnel and Pension Bureau serves as the secretariat. The committee holds regular meetings, including those of its Pension Subcommittee, and publishes information on committee members and meeting materials.
