This page introduces the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' 2025 research meeting on human resource development in local public bodies. As demographic challenges and digital transformation reshape the environment for local governments, the importance of personnel development has increased. The research meeting aims to identify current challenges in human resource development and investigate solutions through case studies of training initiatives, particularly in small municipalities.
