This page announces the results of a public opinion solicitation on the Draft Report regarding technical requirements for intercarrier roaming in emergencies, which forms part of the Technical Requirements for Telecommunications Facilities Enabling Network Switchover to IP. Conducted from December 3, 2025, to January 6, 2026, the solicitation received six submissions. The opinions and the Committee's responses will be made available. The Draft Report will be further discussed at the next ICT Subcommittee meeting.
