This page is the official website of the Wakayama Administrative Monitoring and Citizens' Consultation Center under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. It provides the latest topics including consultation schedules by administrative consultation commissioners and award information. The center handles complaints and inquiries about administration and offers guidance on information disclosure and administrative procedures. Phone and in-person consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM on weekdays. The consultation service is nicknamed "Kikimi" and accepts inquiries via the internet. The center was reorganized from the Wakayama Administrative Evaluation Office in 2017.
