This page describes the administrative consultation system of the Ibaraki Administrative Monitoring and Consultation Center under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The system handles complaints, opinions, and requests from citizens regarding national government operations and independent administrative agencies, promoting resolution and administrative improvement. The consultation office "Kikumimi Ibaraki" is located in the Mito Combined Government Building and accepts calls at 0570-090110 (weekdays 9:00-16:45). Online consultation is also available. There are 121 administrative consultation commissioners in Ibaraki Prefecture who conduct consultations at municipal offices and community centers. The center has established policies for handling excessive complaints.
