About this page
This page presents Shimadaya's "Tokeidai" ramen series featuring medium-thick curly noodles made from 100% Hokkaido wheat. Two varieties are available: "Rich Soy Sauce" made with Hokkaido soy sauce and roasted lard aroma, and "Rich Miso" made with Hokkaido miso combined with pork and aromatic vegetables. Cooking takes approximately two and a half minutes. Recommended toppings include chashu pork, menma, bean sprouts, and green onions. Products are sold in 2-serving packages.
