This page announces the "Transportation Safety Management Forum in Kyushu" organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Created in 2017 to deepen cross-industry and cross-modal networking among safety supervisors, the forum was scheduled for April 2021 but was postponed due to COVID-19 preventive measures. The event planned to accommodate 24 participants for group discussions at the Kyushu Transportation Bureau. The program included lectures on accident prevention, case studies, and group discussions. COVID-19 countermeasures included limiting capacity to 50%, ventilation, mask requirements, temperature checks, and hand sanitization to ensure participant safety.
