This page presents the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's initiatives on digitization and open data of urban planning information. While many municipalities are digitizing urban planning data, the demand for utilization in other fields such as disaster prevention and health welfare, as well as open data promotion, is growing. To address these developments, a guidance document titled "Digitization and Open Data Guidance for Urban Planning Information" was established based on discussions from the investigative committee. Additionally, the "Urban Planning Data Standard Product Specification" and "Urban Planning Basic Survey Implementation Guidelines" were revised accordingly.
