This page presents the Minister's Commendation System for excellent transportation organizations implemented by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The Local Public Transportation Division has been commending organizations with outstanding achievements serving as models since 2009, selecting based on criteria including diverse stakeholder participation, creative initiatives adapted to local conditions, and business sustainability. Additionally, the Eco-commuting Commendation has been implemented since 2006 to recognize businesses making significant environmental contributions through initiatives like promoting public transport use and cycling commutes over private vehicles.
