This page announces the 104th Ogasawara Islands Development Promotion Council meeting scheduled for July 10, 2025. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will report on measures taken for the promotion and development of the Ogasawara Islands in fiscal 2024 and discuss the current housing supply situation. The meeting will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Central Government Building No. 3 in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. General public attendance is limited to online participation via Microsoft Teams, while media representatives may attend in person. Interested observers must register by July 8 at noon. Meeting materials and minutes will be posted on the MLIT website later.
