About this page
This page explains the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Excellent Moving Company Certification Program. Established by the All Japan Truck Association in fiscal year 2014, the program certifies moving companies providing safe and reliable services and awards them the "Moving Safety Mark." The program aims to create a market environment where consumers can select services based on quality by providing information about excellent providers. It focuses on three pillars: making safe and reliable companies visible, improving compliance throughout the moving industry, and preventing complaints and troubles through proper internal education and responsible response systems.
