This page provides information about the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's promotion of the 'Procurement Cost Calculation Method' activity manual. The 'Procurement Cost Calculation Method' is a national standard that combines the Public Building Construction Cost Calculation Standard with various implementation measures. MLIT has created an activity manual explaining various measures to ensure smooth construction, including setting appropriate budgeted prices and implementing appropriate contract changes. The manual and related materials were released on March 31 in Reiwa 8, with an overview version and reference materials also available.
