A foreign object was discovered in an unopened vial on August 31. Following Takeda Pharmaceutical's investigation, the object is likely rubber stopper debris, which has rarely occurred in multiple lots previously. Other vials in the same lot show no efficacy or safety issues, and vaccination suspension is unnecessary.
