This page is a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement regarding influenza HA vaccine manufactured by the Chemical and Serum Therapeutic Research Institute. The institute had failed to properly report discrepancies between approval documents and actual manufacturing practices, leading to a shipment suspension request in September. After review, authorities determined the vaccine's quality and safety were not significantly affected. The Infectious Diseases Division of the Health Science Council recommended approving shipments to prevent supply shortages and control influenza. Consequently, the shipment suspension was lifted on October 21, 2015.
