About this page
This page describes the "Accident Information Reception Desk for Physicians" (nicknamed "Doctor Mailbox") operated by the National Consumer Affairs Center. It enables physicians to directly report consumer injuries resulting from food intake or use of products, facilities, and services. The collected information is used to prevent recurrence and expansion of accidents through consumer awareness campaigns and product improvements. Only physicians can submit reports with accurate contact details. Patient privacy requires prior consent, and information is strictly managed and shared with the Consumer Agency, but not disclosed to third parties without consent.
