This page reports the system operational status of Japan Exchange Group on July 4, 2025. A network failure in Access Point 2 of the FLEX market news distribution system affected services including FLEX Standard, FLEX MBO, and FLEX MBO BC. The network outage occurred around 10 PM on July 3rd and became apparent around 7 AM on July 4th, but was fully restored by 7:48 AM. Cash trading and off-hours trading systems operated normally. Users were advised to use TCP retransmission requests as needed to continue operations.
