This marks the first U.S. customer to use JSCC's services following CFTC approval in September 2025. JSCC's robust risk management framework complies with CFTC regulatory requirements. Since its establishment in 2003, JSCC has provided clearing services for various financial products including equities, derivatives, and OTC transactions. In October 2025, JSCC recorded a record-high yen interest rate swap clearing amount of 1,526 trillion yen.
