This page announces that the Japan Securities Clearing Corporation has received notifications regarding interest rate swap clearing entrustment contracts from clearing participants. Two clearing entrusters—MILLENNIUM CMM, LTD. and Millennium Fixed Income, Ltd.—which are not part of the same corporate group as the commissioned clearing participants, have entered into these contracts. The announcement was issued on December 1, 2025. For inquiries, contact the Clearing Risk Management Department's Monitoring Group.
