About this page
This page describes the ETF Market-Making System at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, introduced in July 2018 to enhance ETF liquidity and promote small-lot diversified investments. Designated market makers receive incentives for fulfilling quote provision obligations, enabling investors to trade at better prices. The system also includes a Sponsored Market-Making mechanism where asset managers set their own obligations and incentives to attract market makers, encouraging participation across more ETF products.
