About this page
This page describes the Disclosure Division of the Listing System Improvement Council, established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in October 2009. Led by Professor Etsuro Kuronuma, the division examined disclosure systems among listed company regulations. After six meetings over six months, the division submitted a report in March 2010 addressing quarterly earnings disclosure and voluntary IFRS adoption in listed company systems. In June 2010, related systems and quarterly earnings report formats were revised accordingly. The page includes committee member lists, meeting records, and results of surveys regarding disclosure systems among listed companies and institutional investors.
