This page describes the Carbon Credit OTC Trading Settlement Service provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The service processes off-market sales of J-Credits (forest category) by handling trade reconciliation, fund settlement, and credit transfer. Both sellers and buyers input transaction details into the market system, and the service is approved when information matches completely. Settlement occurs on T+5 (6 business days after reconciliation completion) through Tokyo Stock Exchange accounts. The service operates from 8:00-11:29 and 12:30-14:59.
