This page explains the disciplinary action procedures implemented by Japan Exchange Group. Japan Exchange Regulation (JPX-R) determines disciplinary actions against trading participants (broker-dealers with direct access to Tokyo Stock Exchange or Osaka Exchange trading platforms) for violations of laws and regulations. Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and Osaka Exchange (OSE) take action based on JPX-R's recommendations. The page provides links to detailed descriptions of disciplinary measures taken by TSE and OSE.
