This page describes the number of shareholders required under Japan Exchange Group's continued listing criteria. The number of shareholders refers to the count of individuals owning one or more shares and is examined annually as of the fiscal year-end. The required thresholds are: Prime Market - 800 or more shareholders, Standard Market - 400 or more, and Growth Market - 150 or more. Companies failing to meet these criteria for one year become subject to delisting criteria.
