This page reports a warning issued by the Japan Fair Trade Commission on February 26, 2026, against Delicia Co., Ltd. From April 2022 to July 2025, Delicia abused its superior bargaining position by requiring suppliers to dispatch employees for store openings and renovations without bearing normal dispatch costs. This conduct violated the Antimonopoly Act Article 19. The Commission warned Delicia to cease similar practices.
