The company illegally exploited its superior bargaining position over suppliers by demanding monetary contributions without clear justification. Under the pretense of "thank you sale cooperation" and "cooperation fees," suppliers were coerced into providing funds without receiving promotional benefits. This conduct violated the Antimonopoly Act. The JFTC warned the company to cease such practices immediately.
