This page reports the subcontracting law enforcement situation in the Shikoku region for fiscal 2024. Regular surveys were conducted on 2,750 parent companies and 8,455 subcontracting companies. A total of 203 enforcement measures were taken against suspected violations, including 1 recommendation and 202 administrative guidance actions. Violations comprised 194 procedural violations and 176 substantive violations, with delayed payments (78 cases), price reductions (43 cases), and price squeezing (30 cases) being major types. The Fair Trade Commission conducted 4 basic training sessions, 17 training lectures, and handled 273 consultations to promote fair subcontracting transactions.
