About this page
This page defines the data and metrics used in the Digital Agency's dashboard on local government DX initiatives. Based on data collected by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in cooperation with each local government, it explains implementation rates and definitions for various DX promotion indicators. These include CIO appointments, DX promotion systems, staff development, security policies, AI and RPA adoption, telework implementation, My Number Card holdings, and digitalization of administrative procedures across local governments.
