About this page
This page explains the Digital Agency's comprehensive operational monitoring system for government information systems. To address increasingly complex incidents, it implements cross-functional IT governance by coordinating individual system monitoring with overall oversight. The comprehensive monitoring system collects external monitoring data in a database and displays analysis results on a dashboard, enabling management and project teams to continuously monitor system operations. This approach ensures objective assessment of service provision from a user perspective and enables rapid incident response across the entire Digital Agency.
