This page provides information about financial institutions excluded from certain procedures under the My Number Account Numbering System. These excluded institutions do not accept My Number notifications through other banks or the My Number Portal, nor do they provide information about deposit accounts during inheritance or disasters. They also do not accept inquiries related to such information provision. A detailed list of excluded financial institutions is available in an Excel file. Last updated April 1, 2026.
