This page explains that starting April 2025, financial institutions will accept procedures for public fund receiving accounts (registration, change, cancellation) at their counters. The procedure requires documents confirming your My Number and personal identification details (name, address, date of birth); a My Number Card is not mandatory. You must proceed at your chosen account's financial institution following their designated method. However, some eligible financial institutions may not accept these procedures, so verification is recommended.
