This page provides FAQs about registering public fund payment accounts when claiming pensions. Applicants can register their public fund payment account during the pension application process by indicating consent, without using My Number Portal. Registration may fail if the account is not in the applicant's name, uses former names, has payment failures, or involves DV victims or overseas residents. Applicants must resubmit if account information is incorrect. Simultaneous registration and use of a public fund payment account cannot be applied for during pension claims.
