This page informs that the Digital Agency is sending notification postcards to individuals whose public payment recipient accounts are registered under family members' names. Following an August 2024 notice requesting name verification, a new notification was mailed on October 31, 2024, informing those who have not changed their accounts that registration information will be deleted from late November 2024 onwards. Those wishing to continue using the public payment recipient account must re-register their own-name account through My Number Portal after deletion.
