Those who did not respond to previous requests will have their registered accounts deleted around early September 2024 based on the relevant law. If individuals wish to continue using the public benefit payment account, they must re-register through My Number Portal after deletion. The agency warns against fraud and fraudulent payment requests. Questions can be directed to the My Number Information Hotline.
