About this page
This page describes Mynaportal, an online portal for administrative procedures including childcare and nursing care services. It provides one-stop services for searching administrative procedures, applying online, checking personal information held by government agencies, and receiving notifications. Some functions require a My Number Card. The system enables API linkage with private companies for procedures like social insurance and taxes. The portal's top page was renewed in March 2024, and electronic prescription functionality was added in December 2023. A beta version has been available since December 2022.
