About this page
This page presents information about the Committee on the Status of Enforcement of the Electronic Power of Attorney Act. Established pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Dissemination of Electronic Power of Attorney (Act No. 64 of 2017), the committee reviews enforcement status and examines future directions five years after the law's implementation. The Digital Agency has held four meetings between August and November 2023. Materials from the 4th meeting proceedings were posted on March 1, 2024, with an enforcement status report available as of December 2023.
