About this page
This page documents the 23rd working group meeting of the Digital Temporary Administrative Research Commission held on August 23, 2023, conducted online. The agenda covered four main topics: digital legal review and bills for submission to the extraordinary Diet session, digitalization of administrative procedures, economic effects of analog regulation reform, and base registry with institutional issues. The digital legal review process examines whether new laws comply with digital principles. Results showed 23 relevant provisions among 21 bills in last year's extraordinary session and 99 provisions among 58 bills in this year's regular session.
