This page provides information about the Consumer Affairs Agency's 2025 review meeting on guidelines for naming shellfish as part of the revision of seafood naming guidelines. Four meetings are scheduled from June to October 2025, with meeting materials available for each session. The Food Labeling Division oversees this initiative, while also providing consumer-oriented information on food labeling systems, safety and hygiene labeling, and nutritional labeling requirements.
