This page presents information about the Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency's 2024 fiscal year review meetings on guidelines for cephalopod (squid and octopus) labeling. The Food Labeling Division is conducting three meetings to revise the fish and shellfish naming guidelines. The first meeting was held on September 30, 2024, followed by the second on November 29, 2024, and the third on January 20, 2025.
